My Journey: Discovering a New Path
For many years, I worked as a Probation Officer, supporting individuals through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Guiding people through the justice system showed me firsthand the transformative power of practical support, empathy, and positive choices.
However, a pivotal moment came when I realised my true calling was not just helping people avoid negative outcomes, but actively empowering them to reach their full potential. Stepping away from crisis intervention, I dedicated myself to proactive growth, qualified as an empowerment coach, and now work additionally as a qualified Career Advisor supporting young people.

Leaving the stability of my probation role was a significant leap, but it stemmed from a deep passion to make a lasting difference.
